girls Lacrosse

For the 2024 Spring season, the girls will switch to the GNLL league (same league as the boys field). The format will change to two games on one weekend day (vs. weeknight games in prior years).

Programs available for girls 7-14

2024 Spring Field Program

  • Indoor Skills Clinics - Start March 6 at the P3 Sports Dome in Long Lake (March 6, 9, 13, 15)
  • Indoor team practices at the P3 Sports Dome on April 5, 6, 10 and 12
  • Outdoor team practices tentatively scheduled for Monday and Wednesday nights (pending confirmation of fields)
  • You should expect that all age levels will have the opportunity to practice 2-3 hours per week
  • Greater focus will be placed on the fundamental skills (i.e., passing/catching, ground balls, footwork and positioning) that will prepare our teams for the Field Season, both physically and mentally
  • Games start the 2nd weekend in April and run through the last weekend in May (8U will have a slightly different format for games and play on 3 weekends in a jamboree format)
